"Return dragged on way too long"
I sent my order back expecting the refund to be straightforward, but it’s been such a hassle. Every email took forever to get a reply, and at this point I’m assuming they either don’t have a proper system for returns or they’re just not prioritizing them. I still don’t really know what’s going on with my refund. Based on this experience, I probably won’t order from visualmood.com again

"Works okay, but it’s kind of a clunky pain"
The site gets the job done for the most part, but using it felt a bit messy. I had to click around way too much to find stuff, which was annoying as hell. A few pages loaded slower than they should’ve too. It’s not terrible or anything, just kind of a dumb, clunky experience that could definitely be smoother.

I probably could’ve been more patient, and I know shipping delays happen, but this took weeks and the tracking barely changed the whole time. I kept putting off buying it somewhere else because I figured it would finally move, but it was just frustrating. I don’t think I’ll order again.

I ordered three prints, but only one of them was actually the one I chose. The other two were completely different, which was frustrating. I tried getting it sorted, but it ended up taking much longer than it should have. Let’s just say I’ll be double-checking things very closely if I order again.

"Kinda not worth the money"
I thought it’d be better for what it costs. What I got was just basic, nothing really special, and it didn’t feel like the price made sense. I probably wouldn’t pay for it again.

"Nice item, but the packaging could be better"
I ordered from Visual Mood and the item itself was actually decent. Nothing was broken, thankfully, and I’m happy enough with what I got. The packaging was a bit of a letdown though, the box arrived slightly crushed and there wasn’t much padding inside. For the price, I just expected it to be packed a little more carefully.

"Colors came out totally different than expected"
I ordered a print thinking the colors would look like the preview on the website, but when it arrived they were way darker. The website makes it seem like what you see is what you’ll get, so I was confused when it showed up looking so different. I even tried adjusting my screen afterward to see if it was just me, but it was still way off. Frustrating and not what I expected...
